"Paranormal Librarian" is a blog created in 2007 by author, librarian, and storyteller, Marilyn A. Hudson to help highlight books and authors of a different genre.
"When I started this blog, paranormal was a lot like a dirty word among many book professionals. Horror greats such as King, Koonze or Saul were one thing and were excused for dabbling in books or subjects ranging from ghosts to demons. Other authors,however, often struggled to get a fair reading or be included in book lists. I decided that part of my professional duty was to provide reviews, news, and information related to this broad field."
Hudson, who is author of several works, including the story collection, The Bones of Summer, When Death Rode the Rails, Tales of Hell's Half Acre, and co-author of the horror novel, The Mound.
